CAN I PAY ON COD?
Yes. There is an additional charge of € 2.50 for the cash on delivery payment. You can pay in cash during delivery, after consulting with the shipping company that will call you.

IS IT SAFE TO USE A CREDIT CARD?
Yes. We must assure you that we take security issues very seriously. We do not store your credit card details, while all orders are processed through a secure system of the cooperating Piraeus Bank.

WHEN WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit / debit card can be charged either directly or up to 7 days from the time of your order.

Bank Transfer:
You can choose to pay for your order by bank transfer. After clicking “Confirmation and Payment” the transaction will be completed and in the next step you will receive our bank account details, in order to proceed with the transfer. Please note that your order will be recorded and the products you have ordered will be kept on account for 3 days until the bank transfer is validated. After this period, the order is canceled and the products are put back for sale.

Your order will be shipped when the transaction is validated by our banking partners. You will then receive an email stating that your shipment has been launched. Bank charges are borne by the customer otherwise the order will NOT be valid.

IN WHICH REGIONS ARE PRODUCTS SHIPPED?
We ship products throughout Greece, Cyprus and Europe using a courier service. For Cyprus and Europe, depending on the volume of the parcel, in order to serve the customer, we may complete the shipment of the parcel with the service of the Greek Post.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
For orders over € 50.00, shipping is free throughout Greece. For orders under 50.00 € the shipping cost is 3.00 €. Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight and volume of the package. The above prices refer to products up to 2kg.

If you pay by cash on delivery there is an additional charge of 2.50 €.

Footnote: Orders over 150.00 € are served ONLY by discount (bank deposit or card payment) or by consultation with the store at 2742302630 or on our Instagram page (Kathy_jo_official).

For deliveries to EU countries and Cyprus the charges are as follows:
1. For purchases under 200.00 € the shipping costs are 18.00 euros.
2. For purchases over 200.00 € the shipping costs are free.

The above excludes some product codes such as tents, braids and puzzles. In these products the shipment is made with the Greek Post service and costs 40.00 €.
